Looks like you could make an apple crumble with a crunchy nut topping.

Wow, lovely nuts. I have to say I'm envious. I have black walnuts (difficult to use) apples, grapes and chokecherries (a native sour cherry the Indians used in Pemmican). I also have a small apricot tree, but the squirrels get most of the fruit.
