Kate, thanks for sharing that. I feel such joy when eating something out of my garden that originally started from a tiny seed that I planted in the earth. It is a miracle that we see in front of our very eyes, and take for granted. I am going to post this on my blog along with a seed giveaway to hopefully spread the word. One of the facts that really surprised me is how much of the world is fed by small gardens.
